Q: How long does shipping take in the UK?
A: Our standard Free Shipping takes 3-5 working days for shipping within the UK. We also offer a 1st class paid shipping service which takes 1-2 working days for delivery.

Q: Who is liable for Shipping Tax for international orders?
A: The customer will have to cover any shipping custom/duty charges in their country of origin. We are not responsible to cover any tax charges for customers orders once the order has departed from the UK.
Q: Do you accept bank transfer/Western Union or COD as a method of payment?
A: No. We do not accept the above methods of payment. All payments processed on our website are through a secure payment server which protects customers banking credentials keeping us both safe from fraudulent transactions.
Q: What are the rules for your giveaway/competitions?
A: All our giveaways are available to worldwide participants. All entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter the competition or seek permission from a legal guardian before entering. We cannot be held responsible for any underage entries. We withhold the right to change the rules surrounding the competition at any given time. All winning entries will be selected using a random name selecting software. Our deadline for entering the competition is final and any entries past this given date will not be entered. Although we cover the shipping charges for the prize at stake, we do not cover any duties or taxes incurred in the winners country of residence. Any prizes which are unclaimed will be reclaimed and offered to another winner selected at random. We hold the right to change our terms and conditions at any given point during the competition.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We currently operate a no returns policy due to Covid-19. However, we will be reviewing this in the near future. We advise all customers to check our size chart before ordering.
Q: I have placed a pre-order. When will this be dispatched?
A: All pre-orders dispatch dates are given in the products description. Please refer to the product information on the style you have ordered. You will also receive an email with tracking information once the item has been dispatched.
