Refund policy

RETURNS

 

We currently operate a strict 7 days returns policy. All returns must be approved by our team prior to returning. This can be done by emailing our team on wantthatlabel@outlook.com. Any items returned without approval will be declined for a refund and returned to the customer.

Customers are advised to read the product’s description & check the size chart before ordering.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All accessories and jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. Any goods which have been worn or are damaged, cannot be returned.

 

We do not accept returns for shrinkage of Lawn suits as this is not considered a manufacturing issue. Extra care must be taken with caring for such fabrics, which should be dry cleaned only.



Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded as they may be marked down as end of season stock.



Exchanges/Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of dispatch date. You will need to inform us by email, if you have received a defected item & include pictures before sending the item back.

To be eligible for a defect return, your item must be unused and re-sellable, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with it's original tags.

 

All items are inspected upon receipt and can only be refunded if they fit within our returns requirement.

 

All refunds are discretionary upon inspection of goods. Any items which deemed to be worn, have torn or become damaged due to the garment being tried on, are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If such items are returned to us, they will be sent back to the customer & a refund will not be granted.

 

All defect returns must include your original invoice/packing slip, to allow us to identify the sender. Upon approval via email, please send your returns to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept any responsibility for any parcels which are lost in transit.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in the external clear docket holder which will be on the outside of the mailing bag. Please open this clear mailing docket and keep a the copy of your invoice safe for future reference.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit. Please ensure you send your item back using a tracked service, as this will allow for you to claim any rightful compensation for lost items.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Customs/Duty Charges 
The customer will be liable to pay any Custom or Duty Charges at your country of residence. The amount will be set by the local postal authority in your country of residence. This amount will need to be paid in full by the customer and we cannot accept any liability for these charges.
